Government information technology vendor Anteon International Corp. has a deal to strengthen its billings to the new Homeland Security Department, agreeing to buy privately-held Information Spectrum Inc. for $90.7 million cash.

Annandale, Va.-based ISI specializes in card security technologies and military logistics and training systems. The company is the prime contractor for secure ID cards for the Homeland Security's Permanent Resident Card program and the U.S. State Department's Border Crossing Card program. It also has logistics and training contracts with the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command.
