Governor Abubakar Hashidu of Gombe State has said that he would accept the outcome of last Saturday governorship's election in good faith.

Hashidu told newsmen after casting his vote at his village (Hashidu), where he stated that he would always abide by the decision of the people of the state.

According to the governor, it was the people, who would choose the person to rule them.

Said Hashidu "I have absolute confidence in Gombawas and their decision will be obeyed."
