July 1, 2006... Continental Airlines ordered 10 787s, bringing its total commitment to 20 with deliveries beginning in 2009. It also ordered 24 more 737NGs, bringing firm orders for the type to 66. They begin arriving in 2008.

July 1, 2006... Cathay Pacific exercised two of its 20 purchase rights for GE90-115B-powered 777-300ERs.
